Managing Director of Simply Marcomms, Kirstie Colledge has been successfully voted on to the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Construction Industry Group Committee.

B2B PR and Digital Marketing Agency, Simply Marcomms, are proud to announce the appointment of Kirstie College (Managing Director) to the CIMCIG Council.

CIMCIG support marketers working within the construction industry with a view to sharing knowledge and skills with other committee members and also to help emphasise the significance of marketing within construction and similar industries.

The committee is elected from CIMCIG members and the elections are held every two years. The three members also elected this year alongside Kirstie Colledge were Andrew Cushing from Wolseley; Annette Harpham from Lorient Polyproducts Ltd and Bev Myers from Synthesis Marketing Limited.

Kirstie Colledge commented, “I nominated myself for election for the CIMCIG as I am keen to get actively involved with my Professional Institute. Having spent 15 years in marketing within the construction industry and as a CIM Member for over 10 years, I hope that I am able to contribute a range of specialist marketing knowledge to the CIMCIG.”

The CIMCIG is currently run by a committee consisting of nine marketing professionals who specialise in construction contracting, consulting, marketing services and building products and materials.
